Where is HomeTeam Facility located?
HomeTeam Facility is located at 58-22 Maspeth Avenue, Maspeth NY 11378, serving athletes across Queens, Brooklyn and New York City.
What are HomeTeam Facility's hours?
Monday–Friday 11 AM – 10 PM, Saturday–Sunday 9 AM – 1 PM.
What sports and training does HomeTeam offer?
Baseball, softball, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility training, using HitTrax hitting simulation, Trackman ball flight tracking, and Force Plate biometrics.
Can I drop in for a single session, or do I need a membership?
Both — HomeTeam offers single-session day passes as well as monthly memberships and multi-session training packages. Current rates are on the Memberships page.
Is a waiver required before training?
Yes. Every athlete must complete a liability waiver before their first session.
How do I book a class or session?
Classes and sessions can be booked directly on the website, or by calling (917) 601-0377.
Do I need to be a HomeTeam member to use the Recovery Room?
No. HomeTeam Recovery is open to the public. Individual sessions, Day Passes and Unlimited Recovery Memberships are available.
Is the Recovery Room private?
No. The HomeTeam Recovery Room is a shared recovery space. Other guests may be using different recovery services during your visit.
Do I need a reservation for recovery?
Advance reservations are strongly recommended and are the best way to guarantee access to your chosen service. Same-day reservations are available when space permits.
Can I walk in for recovery?
Every session is booked online. If you arrive without a reservation, book a free slot on your phone before you start; availability is not guaranteed without one.
What does the Recovery Day Pass include?
One session of each recovery service that day: sauna, cold plunge, massage chair and Normatec compression. Each service is subject to availability and should be reserved separately.
What does Unlimited Recovery mean?
Unlimited Recovery Memberships include one session of each recovery service per day during an active membership, subject to reservations, availability, operating hours and Recovery Room policies.
Can I share my recovery membership?
No. Recovery Memberships are individual and non-transferable.
Can I bring someone with me to the Recovery Room?
Yes. Guests are welcome, but each person must buy their own recovery service, Day Pass or membership and make their own reservation.
Can parents use Recovery while their child trains?
Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to book recovery services while their athlete trains. Standard pricing, booking, waiver and Recovery Room policies apply.
Are towels provided in the Recovery Room?
Yes.
Is there a shower?
Not currently. A private bathroom in the Recovery Room is available for changing.
What should I wear to the Recovery Room?
Appropriate athletic attire or swimwear is required. Cold plunge users must wear a clean bathing suit; athletic, workout and sweaty clothing are not permitted in the plunge.
Is there an age requirement for recovery?
The sauna and cold plunge are for guests 18 and older. Younger guests may use the massage chair and Normatec compression; guests 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Who founded HomeTeam?
CJ Lauriello, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and former Division 1 athlete, founded HomeTeam and serves as its head trainer.
