Recovery is part of the work. HomeTeam Recovery is open to athletes, parents, HomeTeam members and the general public. Every session is booked and paid for online.
The Services
- Cold Plunge — $30 for 30 minutes. Cold immersion for athletic recovery and general wellness.
- Infrared Sauna — $30 for 30 minutes. A private reserved sauna session.
- Massage Chair — $20 for 30 minutes. Self-service massage chair access in the Recovery Room.
- Normatec Compression — $15 for 30 minutes. Compression for legs, arms or hips.
Recovery Day Pass
$50 per day: one session of each recovery service on the day of the pass, subject to availability. Reserve each service separately.
Unlimited Recovery
One session of each service per day, every Normatec attachment included. Individual and non-transferable.
- Flex — $200/month. Month-to-month. No long-term commitment. Renews monthly until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
- 6-Month — $175/month. Six-month commitment at the reduced monthly rate. Ends after six months. You will be emailed a week before it ends to renew or choose another plan.
- 12-Month — $150/month. Twelve-month commitment at the lowest monthly rate. Ends after twelve months. You will be emailed a week before it ends to renew or choose another plan.
